Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Your estimate is based on the information you provide and our assessment of your property. The final price may vary if we discover additional work is needed or if conditions change. We will always communicate any price changes with you before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. If you have questions about payment, please contact us before we begin your service.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to keep people and pets away from the job site while we are working. Tree work involves heavy equipment and falling debris, so your cooperation helps keep everyone safe. If we cannot safely access your property or complete the work due to hazards you did not disclose, you may be responsible for any trip charges or mobilization costs.

Permits and Regulations

Some tree work requires permits from local authorities. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless we have agreed in writing to handle this for you. We follow all local tree care regulations and can help guide you through the permit process if needed.

Liability and Insurance

EverLine Napa Tree Service carries general liability insurance to protect you and your property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, underground utilities you did not mark, or pre-existing damage to your property. We will take reasonable care to protect your landscaping, structures, and utilities during our work.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. For emergency services, cancellation fees may apply if our crew has already been dispatched to your location.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee that trees will survive pruning or other treatments, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control.

Emergency Services

Our emergency tree removal services are available 24/7. Emergency work may involve additional costs due to after-hours service, urgency, or hazardous conditions. We will provide you with pricing information before starting emergency work whenever possible.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through open communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be handled according to California state law.
